Previously at Yahoo, after a leadership role in communications, AJ created and scaled an internal brand and marketing organization that championed the transformative power of activating the company's internal identity. It helped not only ignite more positive morale, but supported retention as the company went through a major transformation to being sold to Verizon.
The journey continued at Verizon, where AJ, as the companies 'head of MOJO,' delved into the international nuances of employee experience, understanding that a motivated and engaged workforce is the beating heart of any successful organization.
Now AJ runs Intivine and Get Your Shine, delivering both communications and marketing expertise, as well as global speaking and workshops.
